Culture yourself

From the first days of our life, we learn things. First we learn to breath, then we learn to see and after time to walk and talk.We learn to socialize and we learn to write. These are the basic stimulants anyone had in his childhood, the fundumendals. But education is something completely different from learning. For example, if someone wants something, will he/she raise his/her voice to demand it or be decent? Will he try to let other people talk in a company or he will be cocky? Will he use his eyes to
explore the world or only to watch Opra and Jackass? It is all matter of choice and this choice is called education and it doesn't matter if you are smart or stupid, you have a Dr. in Science or didn't finish school.

Another major characteristic of education is freedom. For example, in the news all the time he hear about a new trend, named economic crisis. Well listening is ok, but why don't YOU search about that. Do we really have a crisis? How it began, who is responsible and how you can protect yourself? Don't compromise and bound with what you are served, instead explore new areas and be openminded! It is highly likely that you will find things that you have never heard before! The knowledge is endless, especially with the use of internet but explore it, don't just stand and watch! Staying in a small harbor and not swiming to the nearby coasts because someone told you it is not safe, is completely stupid, open up your horizons!!

Another fundumendal of education is judgement. Use filters on your mind, don't accept everything, seperate the usefull from the waste. It is remarkable how much trash information we hear everyday! Absolutely remarkable! Don't loose time on crap, you are wasting time and energy, when instead you could do something usefull and creative!

And to be clear as I aforementioned, education for me isn't just academia. It is the path of useful and practical knowledge accumulation, are the "tools" which help you understand your environment and as a result yourself. So, open your eyes and your mind, educate yourself as much as you can, see different aspects of life, see and absorb different ways of thinking, seperate the right from wrong, meet people and understand their viewpoint. Do all this and then you can call yourself an educated human being. This is one of my goals in life and that is what I suggest you to do as well. Educated means being completed and that is the way, at least for me. Question everything and build the world again.
