Don’t be mislead

It is common to see everywhere on the net working out programs that give you mass, strength, flexibility and a perfect body. You will see ripped abs and huge biceps along with heavy metal music on the background. Of course in order to have the same results, you must follow carefully the program that the expert has to offer because as always, his majesty has found the secret to the perfect body that no one else has.

For him to be likeable he will tell you kindly that he was a looser like you, meaning he had big breasts like his mother and a huge belly that would cover his penis, but after an x amount of months he managed to get rid of that and become ripped like Schwarzenegger. In order for him to have these results he talked with experts that he doesn’t name or he calls them John the belly demolisher or Kevin the beast. Something more is that mister salesman, never has tried or at least never compares the results of his product with others. If he does he just draws some lines that never explains.

Even if there were such big secrets in working out, which I don’t believe there are, why would someone bother to share them with you and not just train people for thousands of dollars? Something more, if there were such big secrets why people don’t already know them? Unless you believe that your gym trainer wants in purpose for you to not get a ripped body, so that you will renew your subscription…

So the next time you hear about messiahs be skeptical and think twice before you buy their products. I don’t say there are not any, but for sure 95% of them are scammers who only want your money.
